Compatibility layer to convert to/from EE 8/9.

All files in this package are kept separate from the javax.servlet package namespace to avoid potential trademark issues. Unfortunately, this results in a lot of static methods rather than object-oriented programming. The resulting loss of readability is unfortunate but necessary.
