doFillCredentialIdItems

Fills the credentials dropdown. Only users allowed to see credentials in the given context get the list; everybody else only gets the current value (SECURITY-3770).

Parameters:

item - the ancestor item, or null on the global configuration page

credentialId - the currently selected credentials id

Returns:

the list of Sauce credentials the caller may choose from
